Abstract

in July 2016, the exchange rate (NTP) Farmers in Papua Province recorded decreased 0.37 percent to 96.77 compared the previous month of NTP 97.13. The decrease results from the index of prices farmers received (It) rising 0.12 percent while the index of prices paid farmers (Ib) experienced a rise of 0.48 percent.
National in July the NTP 2016 was 101.39 or decreased by 0.08 percent compared to NTP June 2016. This is due to the index increase farmers received amounting to 0.48 percent and the index of prices paid farmers also experienced a rise of 0.56 percent.
When compared with the previous month, 2 subsector is still have a value under 100 i.e. NTP NTP food crop Subsector of Livestock Subsector NTP and 87.24 amounted to 99.25. While the 3 other subsector have a value above 100 IE NTP NTP subsector of 103.90 Horticulture; NTP subsector of Plantation Crops and Fisheries subsector NTP 102.21 recorded amounted to 103.51. Further, the Fisheries subsector specified NTP NTP becomes the Capture Fisheries and Aquaculture NTP each of 109.08 and 88.15. In General, the rise in the index of NTP only occur in food crop subsector while the other subsector indices decline NTP.
From 33 provinces counted his 8 NTP Province recorded increase NTP and 25 Provinces experienced a decline in Yogyakarta where NTP recorded the highest increase NTP i.e. of 0.71 percent followed by Bali with the lowest increase in NTP of 0.09 percent. While the Bangka Belitung province recorded the largest decline in the index with i.e. amounting to 1.67 percent and Indonesia with the smallest decline or just 0.12 percent.
Rural Inflation can be known through the index of household consumption. Rural Papua July 2016 inflation recorded experiencing inflation amounted to 0.59 percent. Rural inflation occurs due to an increase in the index in some sub group of household spending, where the highest index increase occurred in the subgroup Food so, drinks, cigarette and Tobacco of 0.83 percent. While not changing Clothing subgroup indexes.
nationally, 33 provinces are experiencing inflation of rural rural the highest inflation happening in Riau of 1.14 percent and lowest in Banten of 0.08 percent.
If compared to the exchange rate of household Farming Undertakings (NTUP) June 2016, NTUP of Papua in July 2016 rising 0.02 percent from 110.48 became 110.50.
