In General, the decline in the index of NTP occur in food crop subsector, Plantation Crops and Fisheries subsector subsector while the index increase Horticultural NTP. Livestock subsector experienced no change in numbers of indexes.
þ From 33 provinces counted NTP, recorded 14 provinces experiencing increase in NTP and NTP's 18 provinces experienced a decline as well as one province does not suffer changes number index (a relatively small change to change the index numbers in General) where West Kalimantan recorded rising 1.77 percent i.e. highest NTP while JAWA recorded rising 0.02 percent low of NTP. East Java province recorded the largest decline in the index with IE-1.14 percent and Bali with the smallest decline of-0.06 percent. West Sumatra Province recorded unchanged number index (a relatively small change to change the index numbers in General), namely of 0.0014 cent.
þ Rural Inflation can be known through the index of household Consumption. Rural inflation Papua November 2016 recorded experiencing inflation 0.81 percent. Rural inflation occurs due to an increase in the index on all sub groups of the household spending. The highest index increase occurred in the subgroup food so, drinks, cigarette and tobacco 1.14 percent.
