Abstract

Ø by February 2017 as the second city of CPI in Papua Province recorded changes of different index numbers where the city of Jayapura deflation of-0.77 percent and Merauke experiencing Inflation each of 0.40 percent with consumer price index (CPI ) each of 127.82 and amounted to 134.01. From the city's CPI recorded 82 62 cities suffered inflation and deflation 20 cities. The highest inflation occurs in Manado of 1.16 percent and the lowest inflation occurred in Ternate of 0.03 percent. The highest deflation occurred in Jambi of-1.4 percent and lowest in deflation of Bungo-0.02 percent. Jayapura ranked-78 at the national level and no. 18 on the level of Sulampua (Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua). While the Merauke ranked 28th nationally and no. nine on the level of Sulampua.
