Abstract

Ø the number of departing passengers using ocean freight in June 2017 experienced an increase of 92.38 per cent, i.e. from 7,727 people in may 2017 be 14,865 people.

Ø the number of passengers arriving by sea transport in June 2017 experienced an increase of 36.62 percent, from 7,486 people in may 2017 be 10,227 people.

Ø the Volume of goods loaded in June 2017 recorded of 21,479 tons or down 2.47 percent in volume in may 2017 than that of 22,023 tons.

Ø the Volume of goods unloaded in June 2017 recorded amounted to 81,091 tons or down 3.74 percent compared to its volume in may 2017 which amounted to 84,243 tonnes.
