Abstract

Star Hotel Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) data for November 2024 reached 41.72 percent or decreased by 5.65 percent compared to October 2024 which was 47.37 percent.
Meanwhile, the ROR for Non-Star Hotels reached 39.31 percent or an increase of 2.65 percent compared to October 2024 which was 36.66 percent.
When compared with the same month in the previous year, TPK for Star Hotels increased by 14.65 percent while non-star hotels increased by 9.82 percent.
The Average Length of Stay for Guests (RLMT) at Star Hotels in November 2024 reached 2.21 days, down 0.51 points compared to October 2024 which was 2.72 days.
Meanwhile, RLMT for Non-Star Hotels in November 2024 reached 1.44 days or decreased by 0.40 points compared to October 2024.
