Abstract

Labor force participation is one form of women's involvement in an active economy. The decision to work for women indicates an increase in the role of women in the workforce. This is one of the drivers of the country's development. Papua Province is one of the three provinces with the highest Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK). This study aims to determine the factors that influence women's decisions in Papua to work and to analyze the relationship between the factors that influence women's decisions to work in Papua.
