Construction Cost Index of Papua Province 2023

The publication of the 2023 Papua Province Construction Cost Index is a publication that contains information regarding the level of construction costs between districts/cities in Papua Province compared to reference cities. The reference city currently used is Makasar City. The presentation of the Construction Cost Index (IKK) in this publication is in the form of tables and regional maps covering all districts/cities in Papua Province. The IKK data presented is data from the results of the Construction Cost Price Survey (SHKK), Bill of Quantity (BoQ), Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP), and the realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). The main use of IKK data is as one of the main components in calculating the General Allocation Fund (DAU).
