Consumer Price Index and Inflation in Papua Province 2024

The publication of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and Inflation in Papua Province in 2024 is a continuation of a similar publication published annually by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Papua Province. This publication contains information on the development of prices of goods/services generally consumed by the public. The presentation of CPI and inflation in this publication uses the base year 2018=100 in the economic center city in Papua, namely Jayapura City. In its presentation, CPI and inflation are detailed according to expenditure groups and subgroups per month during the 2024 calendar year. This publication is expected to provide input for decision makers to prepare plans and evaluate economic development in Papua Province.
