Abstract

EXPORT

The value of exports of Papua in March 2015 amounted to US $ 110.91 million, up 30.40 percent compared to the value in February 2015.
In cumulative Jan-Mar 2015 total exports rose 115.76 percent compared Papua cumulative value Jan-Mar 2014, ie from US $ 159.52 million to US $ 344.17 million.
In March 2015 only recorded exports of copper ores and concentrates (HS26) of US $ 110.88 million and non-oil exports of other groups of US $ 0.03 million. Not recorded exports Wood and Articles of Wood (HS44) and export of fish and other aquatic animals (HS03).
Total exports HS26 cumulative Jan-Mar 2015 amounted to US $ 318.30 million, an increase of US $ 206.87 million compared to the total in Jan-Mar 2014. The decline in the value of exports in the export HS44, HS03, and other non-oil group in which each fell by US $ 9.78 million, US $ 11.65 million, and US $ 0.78 million.
The value of exports to major countries in March 2015 amounted to US $ 110.88 million and exports to other countries worth US $ 0.03 million.
In cumulative Jan-Mar 2015, the exports to major countries increased 148.86 percent compared to the value in Jan-Mar 2014, to US $ 318.30 million. Meanwhile, the value of exports to other countries fell by 18.19 percent in Jan-Mar 2015 to only US $ 25.86 million.

IMPORT

Total imports of Papua in March 2015 amounted to US $ 42.41 million, down 16.81 percent compared to the total in February 2015.
Total imports cumulative Jan-Mar 2015 decreased by 44.86 percent compared to the total in Jan-Mar 2014 to only US $ 151.30 million.
In March 2015, non-oil imports 10 major categories of US $ 22.88 million and non-oil imports of other groups of US $ 1.90 million.
Value of non-oil imports 10 major groups in the cumulative Jan-Mar 2015 fell 45.23 percent of the value of imports in Jan-Mar 2014 to US $ 96.08 million. Other classes of non-oil imports also declined by 33.37 percent, from US $ 14.88 million to US $ 9.91 million.
Imports of major countries in March 2015 was US $ 39.67 million and imports from other countries worth US $ 2.75 million.
In cumulative Jan-Mar 2015, the value of imports from 7 major countries amounted to US $ 129.94 million. While imports from other countries amounted to US $ 21.36 million.
