Abstract

Ø in April 2015, the exchange rate (NTP) Farmers in Papua Province recorded declined by 0.62 percent to 96.81 compared the previous month of NTP 97.42. The decrease results from the turunnnya farmers received price index (It) while the index of prices paid farmers (Ib) increase.

Ø National NTP in April 2015 was 100.14 or down 1.37 percent compared to NTP March 2015. This is caused by the fall in the index of 1.07 percent of farmers received plus the rise in the index of prices paid farmers 0.30 percent.

Ø in April 2015, subsector recorded food plants have NTP of 86.51; NTP subsector of 101.67 Horticulture; NTP is Plantation Crops subsector 107.11; NTP subsector of 100.33 Farms; and Fisheries subsector recorded NTP of 104.74. Further, the Fisheries subsector NTP can be specified into the Capture Fisheries and NTP NTP Aquaculture each amounting to 109.38 and 91.71.

Ø In rural regions of New Guinea occur inflation of 0.29 percent in April 2015. Rural inflation occurs due to the rise in the price index subgroup sixth household spending, where the highest increase occurred in the subgroup of transport and communication rose to 1.65 percent.

Ø nationally, as many as 22 provinces experiencing the highest where rural inflation occurred in West Sumatra of 0.98 percent; While other rural areas where the highest deflation occurred in Flammable of 0.59 percent. For the Sumapua, 6 province of deflation and 4 provinces experiencing Inflation, new Sumapua ranked third with inflation which reached 0.29 per cent.

Ø exchange rate compared to the Efforts of Agricultural Households (NTUP) March 2015, NTUP New Guinea in April 2015 down 0.94 percent to 105.34.
