Abstract

in September 2015, the exchange rate (NTP) Farmers in Papua Province recorded decreased 0.01 per cent to 96.67 compared the previous month of NTP 96.68. The decrease results from the index of prices farmers received (It) is only 0.31 percent increase when compared with the index of prices paid farmers (Ib) who have experienced rising 0.32 percent.
NTP National in September 2015 was 102.33 or 1.04 percent increase compared to the NTP August 2015. This is due to the index increase of farmers received 1.09 percent and the index of prices paid farmers increase only 0.05 percent.
From five subsector subsector has a value of 2 NTP NTP Subsector i.e. 100 under food crops amounted to 86.99 and NTP Subsector Farms amounting to 99.97. While the 3 other subsector have a value above 100 IE NTP NTP Horticultural subsector amounted to 100.83; NTP subsector Crops Plantation of 105.99.; and Fisheries subsector NTP recorded amounted to 106.17. Further, the Fisheries subsector NTP can be specified into the Capture Fisheries and NTP NTP Aquaculture each of 112.01 and 89.90.
Rural Inflation can be known through the index of household consumption. September 2015 Papua rural inflation amounted to 0.42 percent. Rural inflation occurs because the bulk of the rise in household spending subgroup, where the highest index increase occurred on the subgroup of education, recreation and sports of 0.67 percent. While Health subgroup of index changes (-0.08 percent).
nationally, 19 provinces experiencing rural inflation and deflation rural 14 provinces where the highest inflation occurred in North Sulawesi of 1.11 percent and the lowest rural inflation occurred in the province of West Papua amounting to 0.06 percent. While Deflation Rural the highest happened in North Sumatra of-0.84 percent and the smallest Rural Deflation occurred in West Kalimantan amounting to-0.01 percent. If compared to the exchange rate of household Farming Undertakings (NTUP) July 2015, NTUP of Papua in September 2015 rising 0.27 percent from 105.93 became 106.21.
