þ From 33 provinces counted NTP, recorded 22 Provinces experiencing increase in NTP and 11 provinces experienced a decline of North Sumatra where NTP recorded the highest increase NTP that is 1.50 percent while Indonesia recorded increase NTP low of 0.03 percent. While the Lampung province recorded the largest decline in the index with IE-1.15 percent and the smallest decline with Bangka Belitung-0.10 percent.
