Abstract

Ø in November 2015, Farmers exchange rates (NTP) in Papua Province recorded decline-0.08 percent to 96.80 as compared the previous month of NTP 96.87. The decrease results from the index of prices farmers received (It) rising 0.56 percent while the index of prices paid farmers (Ib) rising 0.64 percent.

Ø National NTP in November 2015 is 102.95 or 0.48 percent increase compared to the NTP October 2015. This is due to the index increase farmers received amounted to 0.85 percent and the index of prices paid farmers experienced a rise of just 0.37 percent.

Ø From five subsector subsector has a value of 2 NTP NTP Subsector i.e. 100 under food crops of 87.56 and NTP Subsector Farms of 99.58. While the 3 other subsector have a value above 100 IE NTP NTP subsector of 101.77 Horticulture; NTP subsector Crops Plantation of 104.80, and NTP Fisheries subsector recorded amounted to 104.79. Further, the Fisheries subsector NTP can be specified into the Capture Fisheries and NTP NTP Aquaculture each of 110.32 and 89.36.

Ø the rural Inflation can be known through the index of household consumption. Rural inflation Papua November 2015 of 0.77 percent. Rural inflation occurs because the bulk of the rise in household spending subgroup, where the highest index increase occurred on the subgroup of foodstuffs of 1.01 percent. While changing Clothing subgroup index most small i.e. amounting to 0.07 percent.

Ø nationally, 30 provinces experiencing rural inflation and deflation, rural Province 3 where the highest inflation occurred in West Sumatra amounting to 0.89 percent and inflation the lowest occurred in the province's rural-places of 0.01 percent. While Deflation occurred in the highest rural Province of Bangka Belitung-0.16 percent and the smallest Rural Deflation occurred in West Papua of 0.04 percent. For the Sumapua, Papua is ranked 2nd nationally, while the Sumapua Papua was ranked 1st.

Ø exchange rate when compared to the Efforts of Agricultural Households (NTUP) October 2015, NTUP New Guinea in November 2015 rising 0.34 percent from 106.70 became 107.06.
