þ in August 2016, the exchange rate (NTP) Farmers in Papua Province recorded decreased 0.87 percent to 95.94 compared the previous month of NTP 96.77. The decrease results from the index of prices farmers received (It) experienced a decline of 0.31 percent while the index of prices paid farmers (Ib) experienced a rise of 0.56 percent.
þ NTP National in August 2016 was 101.56 or decreased by 0.17 percent compared to July the NTP 2016. This is due to the index increase of farmers received 0.30 percent and the index of prices paid farmers also experienced a rise of 0.13 percent.
þ when compared with conditions July 2016, there are 2 subsector still have a value under 100 i.e. NTP NTP food crop Subsector of 86.80 and NTP Subsector Farms of 99.18. While the 3 other subsector have a value above 100 IE NTP NTP subsector of 101.30 Horticulture; NTP subsector Crops Plantation of 101.66 and Fisheries subsector recorded NTP of 104.09. Further, the Fisheries subsector specified NTP NTP becomes the Capture Fisheries and Aquaculture NTP respectively amounting to 110.02 and 87.75. In General, the rise in the index of NTP only occur in food crop subsector while the other subsector indices decline NTP.
þ From 33 provinces counted his Province 16 NTP noted rising NTP and 17 provinces experienced a decline in South Sumatra which NTP recorded the highest increase of 1.61 i.e. NTP percent while East Java recorded experience the increase of 0.18 percent lowest NTP. While the Bangka Belitung province recorded the largest decline in the index with the IE of 1.30 percent and West Papua with the smallest decline of 0.01 percent.
þ Rural Inflation can be known through the index of household consumption. Rural inflation Papua August 2016 recorded experiencing inflation amounted to 0.73 percent. Rural inflation occurs due to an increase in the index in most of the sub group of household spending unless the sub group of the transportation and communication expenses decline index of 0.29 percent while the it indices rise the highest occurring in the subgroup of education, recreation and sports of 1.78 percent.
