95.89. The increase results from the index of prices farmers received (It) rising 0.25 percent while the index of prices paid farmers (Ib) experienced a rise of just 0.15 percent.
þ NTP National in February 2016 was 102.23 or 0.31 percent decline compared to January 2016 NTP. This is caused by farmers accepted index decreased by 0.18 percent and the index of prices paid farmers experiencing rising 0.13 percent.

From five subsector subsector has the value 2, the NTP under 100 i.e.
food crop Subsector of NTP 86.08 and NTP Subsector Farms of 99.44. While
the 3 other subsector have a value above 100 IE NTP NTP subsector of
101.59 Horticulture; NTP subsector Crops Plantation of 102.61 and NTP Fisheries subsector recorded amounted to 104.93.
Further, the Fisheries subsector NTP can be specified into the Capture
Fisheries and NTP NTP Aquaculture each of 110.44 and 89.59.
þ Rural Inflation can be known through the index of household consumption. February 2016 inflation rural Papua recorded experiencing inflation of 0.28 percent. Rural inflation occurs due to an increase in the index in some sub group of household spending, where the highest index increase occurred on the subgroup of foodstuffs of 0.42 percent. While Health subgroup index's biggest decline of IE-0.26 percent.

inflation happened in WNT of 0.61 percent and inflation the lowest
occurred in rural North Maluku amounting to 0.02 percent. While the 10 other provinces took place with the greatest deflation deflation occurred in West Sumatra amounting to-0.61 percent and the deflation of the smallest occurred in Sultra of 0.01 percent. For the Sulampua, Papua was ranked 3rd nationally, while Sulampua, Papua was ranked 14th. Bengkulu is the only province that does not change the index.
