Abstract

þ in June 2016, the exchange rate (NTP) Farmers in Papua Province recorded rising 0.92 percent to 97.13 compared the previous month of NTP 96.24. The increase results from the index of prices farmers received (It) rising 1.65 percent while the index of prices paid farmers (Ib) experienced a rise of 0.72 percent.

þ National NTP in June 2016 is 101.47 or decreased by 0.08 percent compared to NTP May 2016. This is due to the index increase of farmers received 0.39 percent and the index of prices paid farmers also experienced a rise of 0.46 percent.

þ when compared with the previous month, 2 subsector is still have a value under 100 i.e. NTP NTP food crop Subsector of Livestock Subsector NTP and 86.76 amounted to 99.85. While the 3 other subsector have a value above 100 IE NTP NTP subsector Horticulture of 105.22; NTP subsector Crops Plantation of 102.61 and NTP Fisheries subsector recorded of 103.60. Further, the Fisheries subsector specified NTP NTP becomes the Capture Fisheries and Aquaculture NTP each of 109.07 dan 88.52. In General, the increase of the index occurred on NTP subsector food crops, horticulture and livestock while the other subsector indices decline NTP.

þ From 33 provinces counted his Province 16 NTP noted rising NTP and 17 provinces experienced a decline in NTP which Sultra recorded the highest increase of 1.10 i.e. NTP percent followed by the lowest rise Kaltim with NTP amounted to 0.24 per cent. While the Bengkulu province recorded the largest decline in the index with i.e. amounting to 2.16 percent and Indonesia with the smallest decline or just 0.12 percent.

þ Rural Inflation can be known through the index of household consumption. Rural inflation Papua June 2016 recorded experiencing inflation of 0.91 percent. Rural inflation occurs due to an increase in the index in some sub group of household spending, where the highest index increase occurred on the subgroup of foodstuffs of 1.29 percent. While health subgroup index increase of 0.03 per cent i.e. lows.

þ nationally, 32 provinces are experiencing inflation of rural and one province where the highest inflation deflation occurred in Bengkulu amounting to 1.19 percent and the lowest rural inflation occurred in the NTT of 0.06 percent. While deflation occurred in the rural province of Gorontalo of 0.25 percent

þ If compared to the exchange rate of household Farming Undertakings (NTUP) May 2016, NTUP of Papua in June 2016 rising 1.56 percent from 108.78 became 110.48.
