Abstract

þ by March 2016, the exchange rate (NTP) Farmers in Papua Province recorded rising 0.16 percent to 96.13 compared the previous month of NTP 95.98. The increase results from the index of prices farmers received (It) rising 0.31 percent while the index of prices paid farmers (Ib) experienced a rise of just 0.15 percent.

þ NTP National in March 2016 was 101.32 or 0.89 percent decline compared to the NTP February 2016. This is caused by farmers accepted index decreased by 0.22 percent and the index of prices paid farmers experiencing rising 0.68 percent.

þ From five subsector subsector has a value of 2 NTP NTP Subsector i.e. 100 under food crops of 85.92 and NTP Subsector Farms amounting to 99.20. While the 3 other subsector have a value above 100 IE NTP NTP subsector of 102.10 Horticulture; NTP subsector of Plantation Crops and Fisheries subsector NTP 103.91 recorded amounted to 104.99. Further, the Fisheries subsector NTP can be specified into the Capture Fisheries and NTP NTP Aquaculture respectively amounting to 110.65 and 89.27.

þ Rural Inflation can be known through the index of household consumption. Rural inflation Papua March 2016 recorded experiencing inflation of 0.18 percent. Rural inflation occurs due to an increase in the index in some sub group of household spending, where the highest index increase occurred in the housing subgroup of 0.25 percent. While the subgroup transport and communication index the largest decline of 0.04 percent, namely.

þ nationally, 33 province suffered the highest inflation where rural inflation occurred in West Sumatra amounting to 1.82 percent and inflation the lowest occurred in rural SulBar amounting to 0.05 percent. For the Sulampua, Papua was ranked 5th nationally, while Sulampua, Papua was ranked 27th.

þ If compared to the exchange rate of household Farming Undertakings (NTUP) February 2016, NTUP New Guinea in March 2016 rising 0.21 percent from 107.58 became 107.81.
