Abstract

In July 2020, Farmer Exchange Rates (NTP) in Papua Province rose 0.06 percent with an NTP index of 102.56. The increase occurred because the price index received by farmers (I_t) was greater than the price index paid by farmers 〖(I〗 _b).
The National FTT July 2020 was 100.09 or an increase of 0.49 percent compared to the FTT of the previous month.
Papua Province FTT in July 2020 according to the subsector namely: FTT Plant Sub-sector 101.31; Horticultural Subsector NTP 103.26; NTP People's Plantation Plant Subsector 101.65; Livestock Subsector NTP 108.16; and Fisheries NTP 109.41. Furthermore, the NTP of the Fisheries sub-sector is broken down into 109.79 of Capture Fisheries and 102.95 of Cultured NTP.
Of the 34 provinces that were calculated NTP in July 2020 showed that 25 provinces experienced an increase in FTT while 9 other provinces experienced a decrease in FTT where Riau recorded the highest increase in FTT of 3.57 percent and NAD recorded the largest decline of -1.23 percent.
Rural Papua in July 2020 recorded a deflation of -0.16 percent.
From 34 provinces, it is known that 11 provinces experienced rural inflation and 23 other provinces experienced rural deflation. The highest rural inflation occurred in Southeast Sulawesi, amounting to 0.77 percent and the largest rural deflation occurred in Yogyakarta, which fell by -0.95 percent.
The Exchange Rate of Agricultural Household Enterprises (NTUP) in Papua in July 2020 was 105.20 or decreased by -0.12 percent.
